I have an 11 E550 and the Command scrolling issue. I ordered the replacement shaft, but can't figure out how to remove the switches for the top controls. I have found several videos on removing the Command knob from sedans, but none that specifically address the cabrio. Can anyone tell me how to remove the trim around the Command knob? It looks like there should be less to remove than on the sedan, but I'm stumped and don't want to break any trim pieces. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.
