Command Radio Screen Replacement

I just replaced a fading LCD screen on my Command radio and 3 days later the new screen is blank (white). Any ideas what might cause this??

Bump, bump, bump. Is it possible to have a bad fuse link? The screen shows a faint image at the top edge (time, etc.) but the rest is blank (white) with occasional "fluttering",,,,,kinda like pixelation on your TV screens.

put the old screen back in and see if it looks the same. If so you bought a bad screen. Put a flashlight on it and see if you can see the entire image.

Old screen was tossed when the "new" screen worked perfectly (for 3 days). Everything fuctions,,,,,,I just can't see the screen.
