help!

in the next week or two im looking to install an in dash clarion VRX743R head unit with ceNET, two clarion VMA633 headrest monitors a Sony MV101 dvd player and a JVC CH-X550 cd multichanger.

I have a few questions

1) i need to swap over the a/c unit with the radio in my w210 as if i leave the a/c unit in its current place, the screen from the headunit will stop me accessing the a/c controls. how do i move the a/c unit to where the radio is currently situated? Is the ac unit similar to a radio which just requires keys to remove?
2) i think, my car has either 10 or 12 speakers. How does a 4 channel headunit drive 10 or twelve channels?
3) My car is NO-CAN. clarion state that

"This bus system is NOT compatible with the current C-Bus system" (http://www.clarion.com.au/Car/tech/cenet.htm)

Is my 98 a C-bus system?

4) I have heard, somewhere, that some aftermarket headunits can screw up the a/c unit by giving false readings etc. Can anyone advise if this is the case
5) The estate E class has a power socket in the boot/trunk. does anyone know if there is a power socket in the saloon version of a w210 E class (i have had a look but no cigar)

thanks abtex
