Hello all! This is my first post although I have been reading this forum for several years. I am having a bit of a problem. I have an external USB drive that I have loaded MP3 files onto after converting them from iTunes to use in my 2015 S550. Each time I put the drive in my car it says no audio or video files. I have tried several different conversion methods and they all render the same result. Now, if I take the same drive and try it in my wife's 2014 GL450 it works fine. Earlier I put some files on it as a test and it worked in my car, but then after I put the rest it said that. Again, working each time in my wife's car but not mine. Any help is appreciated, I've been working on this for a week and wanted to try everything I could before bothering everyone here. Thanks again.

Have you tried using this program? I had similar issue as you, but this resolved them.
