Speaker removal on a 2002 C-Coupe (W203).
How do I remove the speakers on the C-Coupe? There are two midrange/woofers in each door and one tweeter in each door in the corner space.
I want to replace/upgrade the system in the car, but I need to find out the exact dimensions of the speaker locations. I have been told the door speakers are 6.5", but I don't know what depth is available. Also, I don't know anything at all about the tweeter mounting spaces.
I assume at least a few of the people here are DIY types.
Thanks.

Never mind. I found out how to get the door panels off (many thanks to gillybenztech over at mercedesshop.com's forums).
It basically involves removing a couple of torx screws (one at the pull handle, one underneath the SRS airbag plastic tab). After that, it's just popping up the plastic tabs around the edges. There's also something needed to be done about the power window control and the door opener, but I haven't figured that part out yet.
