Nav disk for c-class

Are there certain nav disks for different cars or are they all the same? Can they be copied and if so can I buy a copy of the mid-atlantic disk?

I think all Command uses the same CDs unless it's the DVD version. Did you car come with Command installed or you had it installed later?
