Nav disks

I command 2.0 system and need map disks. On ebay I see many disks for S-class, can I use those disks? How do I know which disks work on command 2.0 when I am looking at them on ebay. Are certain model cars using different systems?

thanks,
Mike

I have tested nav cd's between a comand 2.0 (2003 SL) and a comand 2.5 (2001 S-Class). Works perfectly.
If your Nav is in an M-Class, S-class cd's will NOT work. They are not interchangeable.

Hope this helps...

the way early 2000 S-class discs will not work in anything else, ma benz has FINALLY released an updated set for those cars. It only took 4 years. Having the Comand warranteed for some other failure usually fixes the difficulty in obtaining nav cd's for that unit! We used to say they wouldn't read the Nav CD anymore..... and if you were using the latest cd, they won't! So out with that one and in with the updated comand!
