External authorization and Bluetooth not working
Sorry if this has been asked already.
I'm trying to connect a Samsung S9 to my Mercedes Vito with Comand, but the system can't find it.
External authorization menu doesn't open or show any signs of it trying to, so I can't pair my phone.
please help
