Can someone explain where the factory cd changer

Can someone explain where the factory cd changer
is installed? I have a 2000 C280 and the cabling is short (fiber and power) so
I assume it's goes close to the battery. I have a bracket mounted on the
changer but can't figure out where/how to mount it. It's like I need another
mounting bracket or I'm missing a part. Any pics of one installed (close up)
would be great. I have the factory 6-Disc changer. Thanks.

Figured it out. Thanks.
It mounted to the right of the battery on the bar so the unit faces the left.
