damaged wire casing 053-545-52-28

2013 c250 luxury
damaged wires AND casing 053-545-52-28 SEE PICTURE
hello,
sorry for my engllish.
2013 c250
so i haven't been getting audio for at least 3 weeks all of the fuses are good. so i noticed some water on the passenger side and 2 bad cables that go into casing # 053-545-52-28 can anyone tell me what those cables are for? could this fix my sound issue?
