Audio Issues on 2002 CLK (W208)

Hey everyone, I have a 2002 CLK which has the Bose system. Right now I'm running the stock radio and it looks like the only functional speakers are the passenger side ones. If I move balance all the way to the left (driver) the volume is very muted and both the tweeter and the front foot well speaker sounds "blown" . The Speaker at the back of the door doesn't play and I can somewhat hear some bass from the rear shelf speaker.

My question is, based on what I'm seeing is it just the speakers that are blown and need replacing or do I have an amp issue? I suspect the easiest thing to do would be to swap tweeters and see what that does but thought I'd get some advice.
