All diagnostics point to a failure of the comfort control module … windows do not work, horn does not work, wipers do not work, turn signals do not work , locks do not work on fob or on dash . head rest do not work. Can not unlock trunk with key maybe it is rusted? I have a 1997 C230 for parts Dealership says it will match … can't find where the module is...Dealership said it was under seat ... Neither seat had module. Can you tell me where it is ? and dealer says it does not need programming, is this true? Also can't open trunk to get to battery .. can I disable the electricity under hood next to fuse box?

Out Of Control!!
I'd give the dealer my VIN to ensure that my car had the system you have elaborated.Then go from there
FYI you should be able to use the metal key to enter the car and trunk!!
