All diagnostics point to a failure of the comfort control module … windows do not work, horn does not work, wipers do not work, turn signals do not work , locks do not work on fob or on dash . head rest do not work. Can not unlock trunk with key maybe it is rusted? I have a 1997 C230 for parts Dealership says it will match … can't find where the module is...Dealership said it was under seat ... Neither seat had module. Can you tell me where it is ? and dealer says it does not need programming, is this true? Also can't open trunk to get to battery .. can I disable the electricity under hood next to fuse box?
