Text message dictation not working COMAND
Hi everyone,

Cross posting from the C43 forum.

​​​​​I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the text message dictation system. I have a FL 2019 C43 with COMAND. It has previously been working well but in the last few weeks it always comes up with the message that "you were not understood." The voice recognition works fine for navigation making calls etc...

I did have the starter battery replaced under warranty but am not sure if that would be contributing. I tried resetting MB apps but no change.

Any advice from the swarm on how I can fix it?
