I was fitting an aftermarket Apple Car Play module to my 2016 W205 C-Class C220d SE and I had to go back on a second occasion to reroute some wiring. When I removed the Audio 20 head unit on the second occasion, after unscrewing the T20 screws at the top of the securing levers, the levers dropped out and I heard something metallic (like a screw or a washer or a spring) fall out behind both the levers. The levers still hold the unit but they are now pretty loose until the T20 screws are tightened. I've tried looking for whatever has fallen off without success. Can anyone suggest what might've dropped off? Pictures below of the securing brackets I'm referring to. Thanks in advance.
