Is there anyway of improving the signal on the DAB?
My signal is not great, probably due to the antenna on this model. I think it’s within the front screen.

I had no issues on my previous W205 which i believe is embedded in the rear screen.
Anyone found a way of improving this?

thanks.

In case it assists anyone.

I’ve just today tracked down the issue. The radio antenna is embedded in the front windscreen. I have a dash cam on the front screen. I unplugged this and the reception issue disappeared.

So I’ve now attached a ferrite suppressor to the dash cam power cable. Having reconnected the dash cam now the reception is fine.

So now resolved.

Thank you for your post!

I've recently picked up my S205 which has poor performance with DAB radio in areas I know DAB is fine on other radios. I thought it was just the Audio 20 unit, but your post has now got me thinking that since it has the Panoramic Sunroof and I have a front and rear dashcam installed if this could be my issue also. I'll have to work out where the DAB antenna is located and I'll have to get some small ferrite clip-on.

Cheers

Just connect one near to the dash cam and see if it resolves it. Unplug the cable first and drive around to see if reception is restored.

You’re a champion @berniw99 !!

After some playing arround, adding a ferrite bead clip on to the rear camera cable has fix my DAB reception issue.
