2021 C43 Wagon
Explain my infotainment system
Hi all,

So I'm getting pretty confused by all this infotainment stuff when it comes to audio 20 and COMAND online etc.

The car I'm about to take delivery of is a 2021 C43 with the 10.5" centre console unit. It doesn't have either of the premium packs so doesn't mention COMAND online anywhere. Instead it has the option code 506 - Audio 20 Radio Navigation-Capable NTG5.5.

Can someone please explain the difference between this and the COMAND system? Whenever I look up audio 20 it shows me all the old small units from the mid 2010's. I'm just wondering what the Audio 20 NTG5.5 will be missing versus the premium packs COMAND online. Or is it basically the same system just without the "online" part?
