It's in their new ML and G accessory catalog available at your local dealer.
Does anyone know if these are retrofitable into the 01 C-class?
Parts departments dont have the phone kits and cradles yet in their inventory.

The phones have been in the brochures for quite a while but have not shown up at the parts departments. I heard November, but I think the answer to all phone questions is "your guess is as good as mine."

If you guys wanted a phone in the car now, would MB install a V60 instead? or has the system been "designed" for those new phones ONLY? for a phone in the car, why is it so important to people whether it is the V60 or the new phone? ...or has MB said "no more V60's"?
I have the V60 integrated in the car, and except for the no color screen, & plain & simple ringtones, its a perfectly good cell phone. As a matter of fact, I carry a V60 with me on my belt (since that was the most up to date phone at Verizon a few years ago when I signed up), and for 20 dollars a month more the 2 phones are on the "Family Share Plan" & my monthly minutes can be shared any way I want between the 2 phones.
If I feel I need a snazzy new phone in my pocket, I could just change the Non MB V60 at "phone trade up time" & leave the MB V60 still in the console where it always is permanently fully integrated.
If the new phones were not ready, MB should probably have been installing the V60s untill the day the new ones were available

You think the V60's are old... I'm still rockin the old school timeport!
It's getting pretty beat up though and I'm looking to either do the MIKBOX upgrade for "select" phone integration or the factory V710 once it is released... if it's adaptabl to the 01 C class.

2000 E320 Nice & Stock
I would be rocking the timeport. But my timeport is an AT&T TDMA and I'm on CDMA Verizon, so I can connect it. I'm waiting for a MikBox, or I might jsut go for the 2005 retrofit in my W210
