Anyone install Alpine NVE-852A Navigation in their W210 or similar car?

I just got the Alpine nav today. I'm fairly good with electronics. But it looks like a need a few connections that I don't know off hand where to find:

1) I need a connection to the reverse lights which I suppose I can just pigtail to the reverse lights of my car--anyone know of a cleaner connection?

2) I need a connection to the parking brake signal line? Where can I find that? Is this connection just to prevent me from watching DVDs etc. when the car is moving? If so, then I probably could just give it whatever voltage (or lack of) that it wants to let me use all the funcitons all the time.

3) Probably the hardest one of all is it needs me to tap into the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). Anyone know where that is?

Thanks for any and all help.
