No sound and and rear view camera stopped working

No sound and and rear view camera stopped working
Hi everyone..I'm fairly new to this forum, but really hoping for some luck.
I have a 2016 c class coupe amg line premium plus, one afternoon I drove to work bare in mind my revers camera and sound was all good. Parked up and 2 hours later when I return my reverse camera didn't come up on the screen..(no camera came out) and also realised my music is playing but no sound...after a diagnostic i see the faults coming up as SOUND AMPLIFIER FAN 2 MALFUNCTION AND OPEN CIRCUIT ON ALL SPEAKERS. I have been trying to locate the amplifier but no luck what so ever.
has anyone had this fault and rectified it. Any help is much appreciated. I'm based in London East London UK. If anyone can deal with this or replace amp I would really appreciate it or help me in the right direction.
