My european command 208 820 37 89 bit the dust. I want another (basically plug and play) to just replace existing unit. On Ebay there are a number for sale but with part # 208 820 35 89, 208 820 41 89, and 208 820 89 0080

They all have "compatible cars" my 2002 clk55 amg is listed..

does anyone know ...

1.what the differences in these different part numbers indicate
2. Do you need a factory code (like radio) with command units?

Someone still might want to answer the question above but miraculously I was able to repair my command and it's as good as new
