Can I use the oem rear monitors with a new Kenwood Head unit?
Hello everyone,
I'm sure this has been asked before but for some reason I couldn't find anything about it. Anyway, I just picked up a Kenwood DDX9907xr to install in my 2008 R350. It already has the dual headrest monitors and a dvd player in the enter console. Is there a way to use these monitors with the new head unit? The radio plays dvds, I would like my rear seat passengers to be able to watch as well.
Is there some type of module I can install? If not, the dvd player has aux rca plugs showing. But I do not know if they are inputs or outputs. Can these be used?
