TravelPilot DX compatible Maps

For reference, these CD's will work on the later model of the COMAND 2.5 system (model D).
The maps will be based of OpenStreetMap.org.
What do I know at this point:
- There is an executable on the navigation CD, pressumably for the TMC system.
It contains alot of references to anything related to TMC.- NAVECE_M.EXE (Typ D CAN-Product Deutschland Version)
- .DNL and NLT files; I think these contain the TMC data --> Road/City name tables
- Confirmed by the following (CCTMCLUT.DAT): # 'Lookup Table' zur Referenzierung und Auswahl von TMC-Tabellen in der Zielhardware (= # 'Lookup Table' for referencing and selecting TMC tables in the target hardware)
- One of the (I suspect many) processors inside the device is the
Renesas V850E2M. It's the NEC V810B7B-25
All the .EXE ELF files (either on the update disc or on the navigation disc) contain the V8xx header. This CPU is recognized by all the decompilation tools I tried. - The source geospatial data files are in the GDF 3.0 format. Pressumably the TeleAtlas variant.
- I do have an contact at Bosch who knows more about the project, but hasn't been responding lately.
