My System Multi Media Display panel is showing 10 degrees more that that on the Multi-Function display (on the dash behind the steering wheel). The Multi-Media Display panel, is the one in error. Anyone else encounter this problem? Is it fixable with a very discreet reset, WITHOUT wiping out all my current personalized settings? Appreciate any info you can provide.
Maybe need to provide the specific model you are talking about and where you are looking at the temperatures. While I can see temperatures in the weather app and even have them overload on top of the map, those are forecasted temperatures and not actual temperatures. The one in the instrument cluster is actual temperature measured by a sensor that's typically located in the wheel well.
2018 C43 System Multi Media Display panel = the panel that displays, nav, phone, media, radio, etc above the center console. The Multi Function display is = behind steering wheel and you can select whatever functions from steering wheel buttons. The System Multi Media Display is wrong, it display exterior temperature on the lower left of that display panel.
Yeah, I guess that's what I'm still confused about. The temperatures shown at the bottom of the center display are for the climate control. It's the set cabin temperature, not the exterior temperature. Maybe you can post a screenshot of exactly the screen you are on. Here's an example. With the dual zone climate control it shows the driver and passenger zone temps.
Wow, you're correct....how I confused that after knowing that all a long. Must have been the fear and anxiety as I drove to the dentist this morning. Sorry for bothering you, but thanks for bringing me out of the clouds superswiss.
