2017 C43 amg Command center not working

Exclamation 2017 C43 amg Command center not working
one day i started my car and the command center just did not turn on properly.. it would cycle through turning off and on every so often and turn itself back on with this message (attached) and move to the regular screen but nothing would work then cycle again to black screen /AMG screen.

i took it to the dealership and paid 200$ for them to diagnose and they informed me they cannot fix this and to buy a whole new command center for 3300$ , which is ridiculous as the command center is working!! i just cant access it...

i have no radio - backup camera or access to anything in the command center and it is really annoying, huge turn off for me for Mercedes and I'm really disappointed in the the service from the dealership...

anyone with information would be amazing.

did you ever get this resolved? Mine is doing the same thing....climate works but no camera, radio, or bluetooth

This is why I don't want a car with a video screen instead of an instrument cluster.

his issue could have been fixed for those 200$ if he`d ask independent specialist instead of dealership
