I had on my Mercedes’ me app notification of an update to the infotainment.
and was told to install via the update to software on the car but nothing was in the updates section on the car. On the app it states update is not installed any one able to help.
Just make sure the "Automatic Update" is checked in the car's update section and give it some time. OTA updates will download and install automatically in the background provided you didn't disable the automatic update. It should eventually complete and display a message that the update was applied.
