Becker Content Manager
Does anyone have a trick to getting the Becker Content Manager app to actually download the update I purchased?
I have the app on a Windows 10 Laptop and it took forever to actually set up an account because the interface is so tiny and outdated.
on the “Shop” screen it says to go back to Content Manager to download. On the Home page I see the purchase in My Data but when I hit download it goes right back to the Shop screen telling me to go to Content Manager. Nothing ever shows up in the Task List as downloading. And yes, the module is connected and recognized the entire time.
I’ll wait until Monday to call Becker in Germany, but I am not holding out much hope. I’ve seen a few horror stories posted online about how bad the service is. Calling the dealer on Monday too. Maybe my service advisor has some suggestions.
