Bluetooth connects for phone - but not for audio
Newbie here - please point me to an existing thread if there is one. (I searched but did not locate any).
We have a 2014 E550. About a month ago, the bluetooth audio stopped working with our iPhones. The phones connect to the COMMAND bluetooth and work like they should for the phone, but the audio doesn't connect, even though we have it set with bluetooth as the source. I've tried with two different iPhones - same result.
In case this is helpful, when we pull up the Audio menu, "Bluetooth Audio List" is grayed out, but the "Volume" option isn't. I've reset the system twice from the COMMAND unit, pulled and replaced the fuses related to the COMMAND unit, and still the same issue. Thanks for any guidance!
