NTG7 - notification center volume/text messages
I picked up an EQE suv 500 on Friday and there is something that doesn't seem right to me with the MBUX system, two different software glitches:
If text messages are included as part of "Notification Center" (from the central drop-down) which is the default, an extremely loud (startles me) alert goes off for new text messages arriving. There seems to be no volume control that effects that specific alert.
The second part is that if I toggle Off the "include in notification center" setting for text messages, that does keep it from alerting. However, this setting resets back to default every time the car powers off.
Any ideas on either?
