I suspect it was never actually playing the track from your USB stick, but instead was streaming it through the Online Music or Internet Radio service. Depending on the market, some of these services have been discontinued. They were included as part of the initial complimentary subscription. Here's an older screenshot I found with some of those entertainment services. Here in the USA all of them have been discontinued as far as I know, or were never available in the first place. They don't show up for renewal in my account.
Thanks. Interesting but I’m not sure that explains it in my case. When I used to ask for a particular groups songs to be played it always played the same ones in the same order and only the ones I know are on the usb.
