Replace original stereo, w204 ?
Hi guys. I want to make it as simple as possible.
I just want to replace the original head unit with a simple 1 din stereo.
I don't care about the steering wheel or integration. Do I still have to get a "canbus" adapter similar like this one https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CTKMB04
OR can I just cut the wires and install a new head unit like in the golden days? Or will other things stop work and give me errors ?
Totally newbie on MB and 2010 cars so I want to ask before doing anything stupid. =)
