My W204 has the AUX in the glove box so I haven't personally needed to add one. I will say when I first started using it playing Spotify from my phone it sucked, the volume was so low it wasnt worth even using. I happen to try the Pandora app on my phone and such a difference, it sounds great. i have no idea why the difference.
I was looking to try and add Bluetooth to mine but gave up after seeing no empty harness space back there.
Have you looked on the back of the unit? I haven't seen it done on a W204 but have seen people say they added the AUX to a W203.

You likely don't actually need an aux connection. I installed an android system in my 2015 GLK that does not have aux or ami. No Becker unit either. As long as you can select Aux via the engineering mode, the Android system should work.

My Krando aftermarket system also has an aux in connector. I just didn't use it. Before I purchased I contacted the company and they confirmed that I did not need aux in my car. Audio is fed through the main harness from the unit to the Harman kardon amp. Contact the company to confirm if it is possible. My stock system was NTG 4.7 which could be different from Audio 20.

I did a bit of reading on Audio 20 and it seems to be quite a bit more complicated than my NTG4.7 system. If you can't enable the Aux port via the engineering mode then I suspect some sort of hardware solution will be your only option. Unfortunately I cannot help with that.
