Somebody help me

Omg
so I just bought a 2007 ML 500 because I had a 2007 ML 350 that I love you so much well this one just has the bigger motor well someone the previous owner replaced the original radio with an aftermarket radio but there’s so many speaker wires all I’m trying to do is hook back up my original radio. Everything’s working but I get no sound, but there is a speaker harness wire that is unplugged and I can’t figure out where it plugged into and he also removed the CD changer so does that have to be in the loop for everything to work so I guess what I’m asking is where does this speaker harness plug up and what do I do about the missing CD changer???? Anyone’s help is Greatly appreciated.

If there is a fiber optic cable in that loop which is usually orange, you can install a bypass. Just search on amazon and you'll see what I mean.
