2013 B Class Bluetooth Mic issues
Hi
I have a 2013 B Class. For a long time the bluetooth mic worked well for phone calls, using iPhone SE. Fairly recently the microphone seems to have developed an issue. I can hear the person I've called, as well as stream audio to the car via bluetooth, but the people I've called say its breaking up, intermittent audio on the call. Its now unusable, and dangerous, as I'm messing about with it as I drive. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a straight forward mic fault, and it needs replacing, or are there software issues here with an older car and a newer phone. This issue has been happening since upgrading to an iPhone 13 and now an iPhone 15.
