Failed to Pair Bluetooth between 2017 GLC300 & iPhone16
Hello Friends,
I have a 2017 GLC300, and its Bluetooth audio used to pair and work seamlessly with my previous iPhones. However, after upgrading to an iPhone 16, I noticed that my GLC300 can no longer detect the new phone. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 connects without any issues to my earphones, headset, and other Bluetooth devices.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I have not had any issues with my new iPhone 16 Pro. I upgraded from an iPhone XS. However, my system is newer in my '19 C63, but Bluetooth is supposed to be backwards compatible. Just a thought, but have you deleted all the connections from your previous phones? Some older Infotainment systems have limits on how many phones you can pair. If you don't have any old connections still sitting around, then you may have to do a factory reset of COMAND to clear everything out and try pairing again.
