Command/Audio Issues!

Command/Audio Issues!
So here is a rundown of my issue. I just bought a 2008 E350 in Arizona. Flew out to drive her all the way back to FL. Upon driving back I realized the Nav would just say “initializing” and spin, also SIRIUSXM would not take a signal and would just say call and I have an active subscription and was having a signal sent to the car. Lastly the iPod connection seems to also be dead as well and LINGUATRONIC voice control stalk would not beep or seem to be functional. So all of this is the initial issue. So in trying to troubleshoot…I ended up making the problem worse by pulling fuses and we now have all of the above issues and these…this person did the EXACT same thing as me…. https://www.justanswer.com/mercedes/...-checking.html
So now my radio does not recognize the car is on and shuts off after driving and the controls on the steering wheel now do not work for audio etc…
Any help would be appreciated!
