No, a 3.3µF capacitor is not a full crossover. It only acts as a high-pass filter for the tweeter.
For a proper setup with the Steg Master Stroke MSS 1M component set, you need to use its dedicated passive crossover. The capacitor alone won't properly manage the woofer and tweeter frequencies. Use the included crossover for best results.
