I love my car.. and my wife dident kill me.. i guess its the x-mas spirit.
Btw.. the UHI cradle sits in the center og the bed... so there is no space for other sturr in the top.. is the bed made this way.. or is it possible for me to move it a bit to the right on the bed ?

Um, the UHI cradle does sit in the center, but that's where it is on all cars except for the M-class, where it sits diagonally across the whole bucket, thus leaving even less space.
You can move the clip to the side, but beware as there are holes already that are covered. What you would do is remove the floor by unscrewing the screws under the bucket, then remove the UHI clip by unscrewing the two nuts under the floor. You would have to drill three new holes: two 3mm and one 19mm. Remove the fabric stuff from the top and fashion a new fabric top to cover more holes. I think I have a better part to be used for that we could send you. If you give it a try let me know.
p.s. I also heard the COMAND wasn't really my fault and you really do need to have the proper setup one sent to you due to your car's modifications!

The top 210 phoneplate that sits in the armrest comes with several holes straight from mercedes...these holes are covered with the UHI cradle in the middle...with the phone in the middle position - it is easer to take the phone out and put it in.
I must say that driving your car back to Denmark was a pleasant drive...your car rocks at 525.000km and is enjoyable to use for a 550km trip! I wish my 600.000km car would get the same mpg rates as yours.
Driving our own Vito back wasn't too bad either...I should have brought new DVDs though...
