Radio/Audio not working
Hi,
My radio/audio on my 2009 E350 suddenly stopped working one morning. The screen just says “Device Unavailable” when I try to play the radio. The gps still works if that means anything.
I tried resetting it through the setting as well as holding the power button for 10 seconds or so. I also saw an older thread which said disconnecting the negative battery terminal and then reconnecting it might help but it didn’t. Has anyone else run into this problem or know how to fix it?

Same issue wth 2009 e350 4matic
My head unit says the same thing”Device Unavailable “. I have pulled fuse number 6 and tried the battery routine next step is to find my AGW. from what I’ve read and researched it maybe the issue but I’m not sure. If I could get a bit more insight on what to look for and how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated?.?
