Bluetooth Solution Coming Soon

Check out this website. They will have a Mercedes version of the Argos ready in about 75 days. It's a module that will replace the PSE in my current 2000CLK and will enable me to use Bluetooth handsets. They are currently doing this for BMW's. Looks very promising:

No. I have a 2004 SL500. It is on the D2B system. I heard that some of the 2005 models on MOST do have Bluetooth options, but your phone must be in the cradle. The cars on MOST have a choice between V710 or V600 in the US. You have more phone options in Europe.

Gah, that is so gay.
We just got another Lexus and it has bluetooth. Our 03' SL500 is a piece of crap compared to that

Tigger - I tried to tell you to reconsider the MBZ phone setup as it was overpriced and underperforming. I have the V60 in my car primarily for making outgoing calls and I carry a V710 with Bluetooth. I'm looking forward to the day that Bluetooth will be integrated as a MBZ feature.

Your right MBZFAN55, but I wanted it now. To us the voice quality is very good on our SL500. When I called my wife from the car system, she tells me the call is as good as a landline.

Here is some good news below.

Thanks for your interest in our products. We will offer a bluetooth pse
for the s500 in a couple months. The first vehicles will be the d2b
based fiber optic equipped cars so knoung your model year would be
helpful.

Best regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen
