Refusing a call question
Hello,
I have a C230 with the V60 phone/Command option. In the owners manual it states that you can refuse a call either by hitting the end button on the steering wheel or selecting "end" on the command screen itself. However, when someone calls me and I don't want to take the call the end button on the steering column does nothing and "end" on the command screen is ghosted out.
Any ideas?

Strange. When I hit the End button on the steering wheel the call instantly gets sent to voice mail and my audio (Radio, CD) kicks back on. I would have the dealer check this out for you.
