One Pay Lease
Tarry,
I called your company and learned that you don't do these types of leases (paying the entire lease amount at once when you take possesion of the car). I understand that you may be able to get better terms if you go this route. Is that true and if so why does your company (or the lenders you work with) not offer this?
Also, if one was able to find a lender that would do a one pay lease would the borrower lose all that up front money if the car was totaled or stolen and not recovered? If that is the case I see why you don't offer it.
Thanks

Some of our lenders used to do the one-pay leases but all have since stopped. Not sure exactly why but I think some of the manufacturers (captives) still offer it.
As long as you didn't make any additional cap cost reduction then the insurance should pay off the lease and you would be refunded some amount that would be detailed in the lease agreement.
