I know on March lease rates it says these rates are what Mercedes offers and the dealers don't always have to give you the rates. Do most people get the exact lease rates or they alwayshave to pay dealermarkups in the money factor and residuals?

I think you will find that most people pay some sort of markup of the bease rate.
