Hey guys, looking to jump into a CLK 350 lease this month, and would like to have a little bargaining power as well as some better understanding of what I should expect.

The MSRP of the car I want will be around $52,000.
27 months
12 - 15K per year
0 down except requirements (are there parts of the requirements that are negotiable or that I should NOT be paying?)
very good credit

I know Benz has a $2,000 cash incentive this month on leases, so that could be applied as a bit of "cap cost reduction".

I would assume the first place to start is negotiating the actual price of the car rather than the monthly payment, but I would like to know what kind of ballpark I should be in with those numbers.
