Mercedes Lease Rate for December 2006

Have the new December lease rates come out for Mercedes and BMW? I appreciaate if someone could post

Cl 550

I was considering the launch edition of the CL 550. The residuals are not very attractive (57% after 36 months) and the dealer is quoting a money factor of .0038 so the combined effect is turning me off.

Any advantages to Dec 2006 lease verse waiting for the new year?

Thanks for the december rates. My current lease does not expire until the end of January 2007 and I wanted to know if historically if there are advantages to leasing the end of a calendar year? Do the residual valuesnormally drop with the beginning of the new calendar year? What about money factor? Thanks.
