Are the April Mercedes Benz lease rate corect?

Are the April Mercedes Benz lease rate corect?
Are the residual values correct for the April 2007 E350? The April residual value on 36 months, 15k show 60% as oppose to March residual value of 55%. If this is true isn't that a major change in the amount one will pay a month?
