Use the following formula to calculate a lease payment:

(Cap Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Depreciation
(Cap Cost + Residual Value) X Money Factor = Interest
Depreciation + Interest = Base Monthly Payment

acura RL

Hello,
i am new to this forum and liked what i've been reading...very informative.

i've narrowed it down to two cars...depending on what leases cheaper..
i'd like 24 month lease with $4K due at inception, 20K miles per year.
i am torn between Lexus AWD gs350 with navigation and the
Acura RL awd with navigation.

what would the money factors/residuals be for these cars...what would the lease payments per month calculate to be?

I'm sorry I was not able to post these before the end of the month. If you are still in the market for June, I'll post them as soon as I get them.
