July rates??

Hi, Can somebody please post the residual and MF on a 2007 E350 4Matic Sport for a 24 month, 12K per year lease for July 2007? My dealer is quoting me 61% and .00385 which I think are crazy high and significantly different from the June numbers!

Post 2007 Mercedes E350 4Matic Sedan Lease Rates - 7/07

It looks like '07 inventory must be getting low. Your best lease on this right now is NOT going to be MBC. Click on the vehicle name below for other lease programs.

Mercedes Benz Credit Corp Lease Rates and Residuals – Effective 7/8/07

Programs shown in BOLD may not be as competitive as a comparable bank lease program. Click on a vehicle name to compare current bank lease programs through LeaseCompare.com.

2007 Mercedes E350 4matic Sedan
24 Month – Residual 65% of MSRP – .00405 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 52% of MSRP – .00370 Base Rate
48 Month – Residual 43% of MSRP – .00370 Base Rate
60 Month – Residual 38% of MSRP – .00370 Base Rate

Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms

Use the following formula to calculate a lease payment:

(Cap Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Depreciation
(Cap Cost + Residual Value) X Money Factor = Interest
Depreciation + Interest = Base Monthly Payment

Wow those Residual percentage rates has gone up. I did an estimate for the E550 08' for 12K Miles per year, 39 Months, 6K Down for $1000 per mo... I think that's about $250 over than what I was quoted 4 months ago for an 07 model.
