new to forum need advice on pending lease for 08 E350

Guys,

First post and was hoping someone could give me a little guidance on a potential new lease I'm currently negotiating. This will be my first Benz and have narrowed it down to a 2008 E350 or 2008 CLK 350. Below I will post the "lease worksheet" I was quoted from Ray Catena mercedes in Edison NJ Please feel free to comment and tell me if this offer look reasonable. All comments welcome and thanks for "having me" Hopefully by next week I'll join the owners circle.

Im not much of a finance guy or Benz guy so some of this i dont get so I just copied the lease worksheet

E350
MSRP 55,320.00
Price Quoted 51,061.87
Term - 33 months
Mileage - 15,000 per year
Rate .00170
Days 31
Residual .61 (seems low?)

ACQ fee - 895.00
Cash - 3000
Govt fees - 474.25
Taxes - 1622.60
Doc fee - 249.00
Total Inital Payment - 3000.00
ADJ Residual 33,745.20

Car includes the Following

Iriudium Silver
Black Leather
P01 Premium 1 package
DVD Command, Siirus, Power Rear Sunshade, Heated front seats, Ipod kit, Standard leather steering wheel

333 sports package 18" 10- twin spoke all
952 sportline package
954 Avan Garde package (sport)
Glass Sunroof
Headlamp washing system
Black Birdseye maple wood trim

TO LEASE he said I could have it for 699.00 @ month. OR 750.00 a month for same car but Premium 2 with a Wood Leather Steering Wheel. My question to you all is...is this fair? Is there more room to negotiate? Any comments would be appreciated.

Money factor is competitive. Ray Catena is usually very competitive.

Mike,
Would you be interested in taking over my 2007 CLK550 coupe lease? I'm offering $1500 cash and I'll take care of the lease transfer fee.
