I've noticed some adds on swapalease and ebay for ML350's at around $600 from a couple different non mb dealers in NY (they say it is through MB Financial though), I spoke with them on the phone and they sounded ok, but I don't really know what to watch out for in this situation. Anyone got any tips or things to watch out for? These are alot cheaper than my local dealer in Dallas who quoted me $950 a month on a 33 month lease on a $48k msrp car, ouch!

All MBC leases MUST go through a Mercedes dealer. They may be negotiating a better deal but at some point a dealer will be involved.

I agree I wouldn't recommend leasing from a non MB dealer
