Can i get out of this lease?

On the 15th I went into my local MB dealer, and signed a lease for a 2008 C-class sport. Its on a boat right now, scheduled to arrive on the 28th. I may have lost my job in the mean time. I signed all the lease paperwork and registration paper work. Is there any way to get out of my lease? Thanks

Should not be a problem, just let them know that you are light on making the payments. With the car in pristine condition, they should find another buyer easily. didn't you put some jack down on it, that may be difficult to get back?

If you have signed the actual lease documents, you may be stuck until someone else assumes your lease. Even if this happens you may still be responsible for any payments and damage the new leaseor. So carefully read the documents you signed.

I'm thinking you never actually took posession of the Vehicle, which means you're fine.
Even if you sign all the paperwork,if you did not sit in the car and actually at least drove around the Block with the registration in the window, that means you never actually took legal posession of the vehicle.

I dont think its a problem, after all they sont want to have to repo the car.
Did you custom order the car in an less desirable color, or options. If the car is a commen orderd car, should be fine. But you most likly put money down to order the car, which I dont think you will get back.

Sorry to hear about your job.
